  1. Order Processing and Delivery:
    • We process orders within 1-3 business days. In special circumstances, we’ll contact you within a week.
    • Standard shipping typically arrive within 7-12 business days after shipment. However, please note that transit conditions may affect package condition, and delays are inevitable.
  2. Domestic and International Shipping:
    • Currently, we ship up to 33 countries including United States (Domestic), United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Austria, Denmark, Greece, Canada, Norway, Israel, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Thailand, China.
  3. Shipping Costs:
    • We offer FREE worldwide shipping on orders over $30.
    • For orders below $30, the shipping cost is $5.
  4. Import Taxes and Duties:
    • You are responsible for paying import taxes and duties according to local laws.
    • These charges are not included in the final price at checkout.
    • If a package is returned or destroyed due to refusal to pay duties, resulting charges will be deducted from your order.

    • Request: Initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the package (based on tracking delivery date).
    • Product Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with packaging.
    • Contact Us: Do not return packages directly; contact us in advance at info@keenniebeauty.com.
    • Return Timing: Send the package within 15 days of receiving the return address.
    • Tracking Number: Include a return tracking number for processing.
    • Damaged Products: Returns or exchanges for damaged products are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Email us at info@keenniebeauty.com.
    • Shipping Fees: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees.

      2. Include a clear photo of incorrect, damaged, or faulty items.
      3. We’ll provide the return address.
      4. Refunds will exclude the non-refundable $5 shipping fee.
    • Exchange:
      1. Email us your exchange request.
      2. Get the return address.
      3. We’ll arrange a replacement upon receiving the item.

    • PayPal: Refunds usually take 1-3 business days.
    • Stripe or Credit Card: Refunds usually take 7-15 business days to appear on your statement.
  9. Return Shipping Costs:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, email us within 30 days with a clear photo for verification. Once confirmed, we’ll reimburse your postage costs.
